Die Fehlerkultur ist in jedem Kontext wohl wieder anderes. So sind im medizinischen Kontext Fehler nicht erw\u00fcnscht, da es um Menschenleben geht. Im Bildungswesen sollten Fehler mehr Platz haben, da oft neues gelernt wird, das sicher nicht auf Anhieb Richtig gemacht werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fazit: <br>Gebe mir R\u00fcckmeldung, so kann ich an den Fehlern wachsen.
